Lindsey Perry

Lindsey Perry is an Arizona native and a graduate of the University of Arizona. Ms. Perry was appointed Arizona Auditor General effective April 18, 2018, and is responsible for carrying out all audit, consulting, and investigation activities and management responsibilities, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations and interacting with the Legislature, state and local officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Perry advanced to progressively responsible positions during her 16-year Auditor General’s Office tenure, with her most recent service in the role of Director of Financial Investigations. Ms. Perry is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, National State Auditors Association, National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Arizona Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the U.S. Comptroller General’s Domestic Working Group. Ms. Perry was awarded the 2010 CFE of the Year award by the Arizona Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners, for her work in making a significant contribution to the fraud-fighting profession and exemplifying excellence in investigative expertise. Ms. Perry is honored to serve as a member of the Team Bradley Bear Foundation Inc., Board of Directors, including bringing awareness to and supporting families and children battling life-threatening illness from rare brain tumors.
